In conjunction with Atom Learning, the PTA at Townley Grammar School are organising familiarisation tests to give pupils the opportunity to practice sitting external examinations.

Atom is the producer of the familiarisation papers your child will sit. The whole test experience is designed to be as similar to the actual test as possible, both in terms of the school environment and the content of the test. After your child sits the test, Atom will provide a report detailing their performance and where your child places within the cohort. From this, parents/carers can identify any areas in which their child may benefit from further support.

Whilst your child sits the test, Atom Learning will host a free parent information session on ‘How to Prepare for the Bexley Test’. They will cover how to support your child’s preparation, how to identify their areas for improvement and useful information on the transition to Year 7.

Families in receipt of Pupil Premium will be offered free places for the familiarisation sessions, and additional support from Atom which is also completely free of charge.
